The supply chain and logistics research project at Blue Origin consisted of ethnographic and mixed methods research for the Enterprise Technology business unit. Research artifacts were created to discover areas of improvement and pain points in order support a future novel logistical function.
Provided UI design support to the Enterprise Technology business unit by contributing to the research and design of new features for their proprietary enterprise software platform. Design decisions were directly informed by user research insights and data collected during the supply chain and logistic research project, ensuring that solutions were grounded in real user needs and operational metrics.
The ONC redesign delivered non-partisan political education/news, enhancing user engagement & accessibility through research, usability testing, and iterative design.
The Speech Gym website design aimed to enhance a speech language pathology clinic's online presence by creating a user-friendly website landing page and cohesive branding.
